Several years ago, Three Sheets Brewing began as a hobby, driven by a deep passion for brewing. Gus Banuski, our Brewologist and Lead Brewer, elevated his love for beer into a full-fledged pursuit. Originally hailing from the Finger Lakes Region in New York, Gus has called Tahoe home for the past decade. Alongside his friend Ben Kimple, he co-founded Tahoe Brew Tours, a tourist venture that took beer enthusiasts on a journey around Lake Tahoe, exploring brews from nearly every local brewery.
This venture provided Gus with extensive experience and profound knowledge of the region's best beers. Fueled by this expertise and his unwavering passion, Gus transformed his dream into reality. Now a well-known figure in the brewing community, he has crafted a delightful selection of beers that attracts visitors from far and wide to savor the flavors of Three Sheets Brewing.
